I joined the Practice as a patient after a prolonged period of time on emergency appointments. All staff I've encountered have been nothing short of amazing. They truly deliver, just as they claim, in a friendly, relaxed and caring way. I have always felt well informed, they answered any questions and worked with me to manage my anxiety. Special thanks to Joe and Emily (and the lovely nurses) for bearing with me as well as Michelle, Neve and Sarah at Reception for their warmth and friendliness.

We’ve been coming to Kingsgate Dental as a family for years, and I honestly couldn’t praise them highly enough. From the moment we book our appointments, the team are friendly, organised, and always do their best to accommodate the four of us being seen one after another. When we arrive, we’re greeted by name with genuine warmth, and the reception area is calm, clean, and comfortable. The dental care itself is first‑class. The dentists take the time to explain everything clearly and show exceptional patience with our children, making sure they feel relaxed and confident throughout their visits. I am so,so pleased to have followed Stacey from Seaham Dentist to Kingsgate in Durham,yes it's quite a trek but well worth it to stay with my lovely Dentist who I have been with for quite a few years now. She is so compassionate about her career, fully committed has time to explain everything to you and you come out feeling at ease, with peace of mind. Thank you to all the team.

A very well run practice.I went for an arranged appointment but the day before my bridge broke and had 2 gaps at the front. Dr Reid was brilliant. He spent well over an hour on my treatment and I could smile again. It meant he had to keep other patients waiting/push back appts. I cannot thank him and his nurse enough. The receptionist was very lovely to me as I was feeling shaky. Have been at this practice for over 50 years and would highly recommend. Pam Stanton 10.06.26

What a fantastic experience I had. Rob was brilliant along with his nurse. Michelle was excellent very caring best receptionist ever!! Even offered a drink. Definitely recommend this practice. Anyone nervous about visiting a dentist. Definitely come here.5☆

Excellent dental practice who put you at ease from the minute you walk into the practice. Emily and her nurse Hannah worked as a great team and everything was explained as my treatment was carried out. I am absolutely thrilled with results and would 100% recommend this practice.
