My 6yo had an extraction with Dr. N Bari & Jamie. They were excellent with her and helped keep her calm and brave. It's just a shame they can't keep a regular NHS dentist at the practice.
De-registered NHS patient. My dentist/hygienist for 20 odd years. Last appointment Nov 2019. No appointments available in lockdown, rang up for one due to toothache Sep 2021, told to give it a couple of weeks and call back. Toothache got better, so didn't bother them. Went round for routine appointment and told I'd been de-registered as over 2 years. Very poor. Service was good enough while I was able to get in. Dan H
Seems to be ran on a shoe string. Between canceled appointment's, locum dentists, and receiving my treatment from a therapist (rather than a dentist) this place has set off too many alarm bells. I finally received my treatment finished (a filling) after the fifth appointment, which resulted in a different treatment than was originally proposed. I was left with a filling that the therapist has said may not last long (meaning I'll be back to pay again) and that it probably needs a crown. Why didn't they do this originally. Avoid these clowns Update 2024. Turns out they have half a dentist now (according to the receptionist) to provide care for their patients. However, they do have appointments for private, con merchants. It was bad before, disaster now.
Was a patient at burgess n hyder but got took off the books because was in hospital 4 months with a perforated bowel in 2 places and couldn't make an appointment bit harsh I thought
Waste of absoulte time. Tried to book my 7 year old in, after our normal dentist closed. Spent a day ringing then sent email, for them to send one back saying we cant register if we using NHS butif we pay £75 plus any work needing done they will happily take the money
Rude receptionist attitude was all wrong tone of voice was a stuck up can't be bothered attitude. Think she's it but only works at reception behind a computer on minuim wage. Don't go here they are stuck up and because I wasn't private patient she thought she could talk down to me. Well this review is for you.
Amie and Dr Noor Bari deserve move than 5 stars. Friendly, efficient and a joy to visit.
