Spalding Dental Surgery

I had a Hygienist appointment with Jess (Hygienist) and Jo her dental Nurse. I am an extremely nervous Patient, but both of them were absolutely fantastic. They immediately put me at ease. They were very gentle and thorough. I’m very pleased with the treatment I have received. Thankyou

A lovely lady rang me the day after my treatment to see if I was OK How many people do that !? Well from people who care that's who. My dentist (Luke) is amazing. The whole practice is outstanding and the Ladies in reception are really lovely. They all are Shining stars in this world,that leaves so much to be desired sometimes. I am so pleased and happy to be a member of this practice. Anyone know that song",simply the best" by Tina Turner? well they play this everyday in their care and amazing Practice in their actions and treatments. Paul Kwiatkowski

All the team are amazing and my treatment from James was first class, I would highly recommend this surgery.

I had a dental problem which I needed sorting out with some urgency. I was seen by the dentist the same day and given some antibiotics as I needed an extraction. A few days later I was back at the dentist to have the extraction carried out. The dental practice worked with speed and professionalism. They were all friendly and courteous to me throughout the whole thing. I would like to thank the whole reception team, Luke (the dental surgeon) and his assistant for their kind and helpful treatment throughout. I cannot recommend this dental surgery highly enough. If you are looking for a dentist, give them a call. Thank you all once again.

Good facilities and some friendly staff (hygenists mainly), but the centre manager and reception staff need to understand that they are not more important than the patients! My son and I were treated abysmally this morning by the centre manager and talked to in a similar manner to something you'd scrape from the sole of your shoe! Could not attend a 9am appointmnet due to my son being quite ill all night with severe covid. The centre manager neither cared one iota nor gave the slightest indication that she believed me, quite the opposite is trye. Disgusted with her holier than thou attitude and the way e were treated. Needless to say our customer will move elsewhere.....

My first visit today was faultless. James and the team were very welcoming. This level of service and the way James was able to adjust his technical explanation to suit the situation was spot on.
