I had a really good experience at Thorpe Bay Dental Practice. From reception to the clinical team, everyone was welcoming and helpful — they answered all my queries and made the appointment smooth. Dr. Janak was especially polite and professional, clearly explaining the cause of the problem and walking me through the treatment options and plan in detail. The explanations helped me feel confident about the next steps. Overall, a reassuring and well-managed visit; I would definitely recommend this practice.

Thorpe Bay Dental are fantastic people! They worked with us (local primary school) to get a new family registered and then quickly organised appointments for Mum and little boy. Lovely people to deal with. First class.

I transferred to this practice a few years ago on my wife's recommendation and am very pleased with the service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Have been in this practice since 2020. We’ve always been able to get an appointment. Staff and dentists are really polite and helpful. However I’ve run into an issue with a filling / root canal which will hopefully have resolved. Will update accordingly.

As a patient with dental phobia, I regularly visit to see Kay (hygenist) to keep my mouth as healthy as possible. She always puts me at ease and I actually enjoy my visits now.
