Smiles on Broadway

My wife has had a long fear of dentists dating back to bad experiences as a child. She recently lost a tooth, it just fell out. She went into panic mode and I had to arrange a dentist for her. Smiles on Broadway were recommended to us so I booked an appointment with Dee and explained my wife's fears. Dee was brilliant with my wife. She calmed her down and explained every step of the procedures. Over the course of a couple of visits, including another loose tooth extraction and the building and fitting of a plate my wife has lost most of her fears. She has even booked her own follow-up appointment. I was so impressed by Dee that I have also signed up for treatment. Dee really does have a way with patients and goes out of her way to make sure her patients are comfortable and aware of everything that is involved with their treatment.

Excellent staff, I am a nervous patient and never felt at ease at the dentist until now. Dee and her staff are so kind and caring. Best practice ever, I highly recommend especially for those who are nervous.

Was my first time having an appointment here at ‘Smiles on Broadway’ and i couldn’t have been happier with the service, care and information. It’s a lovely site with great equipment and the dentist (Dee) and receptionist that handled me were all very lovely and professional. Definitely happy to have booked in here and will continue to do so for the foreseeable. 100% would recommend.

A caring approach to all their patients. My wife had been seriously dentist-phobic all her life, but urgently needed some extractions and a plate made to replace the large gap. Dr Dee Gawley was so kind and gentle to make my wife fully settled and relaxed at the first session. All went well and the new plate looks superb. I was truly amazed at the outcome. And pleased to know if she ever needs any further treatments, I can get my wife to attend without any tears or fears.

I’m a very nervous patient however from the moment you step through the door you are met with a smile and a sense of care. Dee is the most gentlest dentist I have ever seen. She makes you feel at ease, she makes it very clear what she is going to do yet is so gentle. Special thanks to all the girls Crystal, Christine, Darcy and Sally for making the practice so welcoming. They carry out their jobs with a smile and nothing is ever too much. I would never go anywhere else, Dee is a real Gem and has a great sense of humour. Thanks guys for everything you make going to the Dentist a pleasant experience.
