Went to have an appointment with my daughter… brilliant experience the practice had a lovely feel to it, very relaxed. The dentist marina was so lovely to my daughter and took a lot of time to explain the treatment. Myself and my daughter normally dread the dentist… not anymore, the nurse and the receptionist were so polite professional and the practice was spotlessly clean. I’m actually looking forward to going back. 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

My son was referred here from his dentist not for braces but for X-rays and other needs, my SEND child has never felt relaxed at any dentist appointments he left here asking if he could go back again. the therapy dogs was a hit from the minute we walked in. The staff and environment is lovely. Thanks for our relaxing visit

Great service kind and caring professional team. My son has just completed his braces treatment with this clinic this week and the result is amazing !!!👏 It has been a very positive experience for him .The staff are very kind and helpful, the therapy dogs are very sweet , gorgeous and gentle. Also They are flexible with their appointment times taking the school hours into consideration every time booking your next appointment. Very strongly recommend! My son was referred here for his braces, they have been very organised, kind and always cheerful, the two therapy dogs bring a sense of calm. They have explained every step and been there when we had a brace break. Can’t recommend enough.

First time visiting here with my daughter who was extremely nervous and wow what a fantastic practice! Angela was extremely professional and very friendly. she greeted us at reception and asked my daughter what she was nervous about which really helped make her feel at ease. All in all a wonderful practice with outstanding staff.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve not always felt comfortable in the dentist so when I needed orthodontic work I did feel nervous. But from reception to consultant, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The process of having my teeth straightened was easy and quicker than expected. I am so impressed with the facilities and staff and would encourage anyone thinking of having orthodontic procedures to go straight to Hendrickse!!

I brought my 12 year old son here a few weeks ago and was so very impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and ability to make him feel totally at ease. They consulted him about everything, made him laugh a lot and had all the measurements and brace fitted very quickly. He was so nervous before going but has totally changed his attitude now. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
