West London Dental Practice

Today was my fourth visit to Dr Harshida and Dr Nikita at West London Dental. Every time I visit, they make me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease.Before even mentioning how experienced and talented she is, I must say that Dr Harshida is a truly wonderful human being. During my root canal, she understood exactly how I was feeling before I could even react. Dr Nikita also always welcomes me with a bright smile. Additionally, the receptionists are always very polite and patient when answering questions. I highly recommend them!

Thank you Namrita and Nisha. Amazing service. Such good behaviour is motivating my child to visit dentist regularly. Thank you so much again. And lady at reception was brilliant and knows her work too well. Thanks again.

I vistsed today for an emergency dental NHS appointment. Ms. Namrata Kukadiya and and dental nurse, Nisha were absolutely amazing. Ms. Namrata took the time to explain everything in detail. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and is an absolute asset to the service. Nisha was amazing and also very kind and compassionate. She consoled be when I was in pain, but always remained attentive to the service that was being provided and the instructions given. I had a very painful procedure, and their care made the experience an exceedingly positive one. A prime example of quality service underpinned by all the values we expect from the NHS. Thank you so much, both of you.

There is a pattern of last-minute cancellations without adequate notice. I’ve had to call repeatedly just to confirm if appointments were still going ahead. The level of communication and professionalism at the front desk needs improvement. Better respect for patients’ time would go a long way.

Dr Namrata and Nisha were fantastic and very informative, kindly answering all my questions with patience. Their attention to detail was great, I'd recommend them to any patient!

Attended today. Nisha at reception is just amazing. Great customer service skills, friendly and polite. She always goes the extra mile, and is an asset to the team. Always look forward to seeing her. Dr Patel treated me and was just exemplary. Very competent, always kind, explains everything and is reassuring. Thanks for your service, you guys do a great job! Sharon Gill

Shocking Service ! Emergency Extraction needed. Never Done wanted me to book another appointment coz noone there to do extraction. Steer Clear no help rude Service i am . Instead gave me a poxy X Ray and said come back on next appointment . So still sitting here in Agony .
