Most appalling people I have ever come across. Pretty much they are thieves. After seeing an emergency dentist through 111 I was advised to find an NHS dentist, calling over fifteen surgeries I found this dentist, after explaining the situation e.g are you taking new NHS patients I was informed YES, I asked for the costs and was informed £27.90 for a check up and £79 for extracting. I called day before the appointment and was informed the same. On arrival I was informed that a check up would be appx £75 as a private patient and any other costs would determined after examination of course on private. Basically they made the appointment on false pretext and tried to get more money out of me. The receptionist kept lying about the prices and lied that I asked for an emergency appointment NHS !!! Tried to explain why would I want another emergency appointment when already had one and this was informed to the receptionist. In a nutshell Do Not Go To This Dentist you will get robbed.

What a truly enlightening experience. If you’ve ever wondered what a complete absence of professionalism looks like in a healthcare setting, this practice offers a masterclass. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by… silence. The receptionist was deeply committed to a 20-minute personal conversation in another language before reluctantly acknowledging our existence by sliding a form across the desk. No greeting. No eye contact. No explanation. Just vibes. Privacy also appears to be more of a "suggestion" here. A dental procedure was being carried out with the door wide open, generously allowing anyone nearby to observe or listen in. Confidentiality is clearly viewed as an optional extra. When I politely explained that I was accompanying a young person with autism and ADHD and asked how long the wait would be, I was told: "Well, he needs to learn how to wait." How refreshing to encounter such cutting-edge expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions from the front desk. One can only assume medical school now includes advanced behavioural commentary modules. Empathy? Awareness? Basic customer service? All boldly reimagined here. If you’re looking for compassion, professionalism, or even a simple "hello," you may want to explore literally any other dental practice in Southall. Truly unforgettable — though not for the reasons one hopes.

I would like to thank Dr. Mahil for the exceptionally good treatment, as well as the friendly and attentive attitude during all this time since I became a permanent patient about five years ago. The receptionist was always polite, and I never had any issues booking an appointment or amending an existing one. Thank you so much for your hard and dedicated work!

A very special thank you to Dr Mahil! She is very friendly and provided treatment with absolute care and I was able to see changes quite soon after the treatment. Preeti was also very friendly and caring. They both made sure the treatment was completed with as minimal pain as possible and the appointments were provided and completed on time, even if it ran over lunchtime. Thank you 🙂

I was disappointed with the service provided by the receptionist, whose name I believe is Manpreet. When my grandmother inquired about the Hounslow practice, she was instructed to "Google it" rather than being provided with the contact information. This response was not only unprofessional but also displayed a lack of empathy, particularly when dealing with elderly patients. On a positive note, the dentist was excellent—professional, gentle, and made the overall experience comfortable for my grandmother. I would respectfully suggest that the practice management consider further training for the front-of-house staff to ensure all patients, especially the elderly, are treated with the care and respect they deserve.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel so comfortable. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The doctor and staff was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority.I felt that I was in good hands. The receptionist were very gentle and kind to me. I was seen recently at this practice. I have to say the staff from reception to surgery were friendly and professional. I was very nervous and Anna made me feel very comfortable explaining all the treatments to me. Dr Mahil was thorough doing all that was necessary. She got me out of pain and fixed my damaged teeth. I’m so happy and would recommend the practice to anyone who needs good quality work. Friendly, helpful and amazing.
