I was very disappointed with my experience. To begin with, the hygienist was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I then paid £90 for what was supposed to be a 30-minute hygiene appointment, but the treatment itself lasted around 10 minutes. There was no polish provided. The hygienist told me she couldn’t polish my teeth because I have a chipped composite, but I wasn’t given a clear explanation as to why this would prevent a polish. From my understanding, many dentists and hygienists are able to polish around composite restorations, and some even recommend polishing carefully to help smooth rough edges and reduce the risk of further wear or chipping. If there was a genuine clinical reason not to do so in my case, it should have been properly explained. Overall, the appointment felt rushed and poor value for money. I expected a thorough clean, the full appointment time to be used, and clear communication if any part of the treatment couldn’t be carried out. Instead, I left feeling like I had paid £90 for a 10-minute clean that didn’t include the full treatment I was expecting. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t return or recommend this practice.

Dr Kavan Singh is an exceptional dentist—both highly skilled and genuinely humble. He handled my son’s emergency tooth fracture quickly and efficiently, ensuring a prompt referral without any delay. What truly stood out was his empathy and the genuine care he showed throughout the situation. He made a stressful experience much more manageable. It’s a real pleasure to be treated by someone so compassionate and professional. Thank you!!!! 🙂

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was little, and they are honestly amazing. I would definitely recommend them. The staff have always been very polite and welcoming. Today I had a tooth taken out and I was extremely anxious, but the dentist reassured me the whole time. The procedure was very quick much faster than I expected and they also gave me clear information on what to do next if I experience any discomfort. Overall, a great experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Kings Dental Surgery, Southall Today ( 17th February 2026 ) for my 8 year old son’s tooth extraction. The whole procedure was done so smoothly that my son didn’t even feel any pain! The dentist was absolutely amazing — very professional, kind, and extremely friendly with kids. They spoke to my son so gently and made him feel comfortable throughout the consultation and treatment. I was honestly surprised that after the tooth was pulled out, my child was smiling and didn’t even cry! That really shows how skilled and caring the doctor is. I would definitely recommend Kings Dental Surgery, Southall to any parents looking for a trustworthy and child-friendly dentist. Thank you for such outstanding care!

I had an excellent experience with my root canal. The procedure was smooth, quick, and virtually painless. The dentist was very patient and took time to explain each step, which really helped ease my anxiety. dentist was gentle and reassuring, and I felt comfortable the entire time. My 16 year old was booked in for 4 extractions prior to having her braces fitted. Understandably, she was nervous. When we arrived, we were at ease from the moment of checking in with the receptionist to meeting Kavan, the dentist. He made the whole process smooth, calm and very comfortable for my daughter. Highly recommend for nervous children and parents alike!
