Avondale Dental Practice

I had a tooth extraction and a filling done today. Dan and Shelby explained everything to me beforehand. How it might feel and what to expect. They were so professional yet friendly. I felt so calm and relaxed throughout even though I was quite nervous before the appointment. They worked so well together it made me feel very safe.

Visited Avondale to have some treatment from Sheraz Gul and his Dental Assistant (apologies, can't remember her name) who were both outstanding. Sheraz was really helpful, explaining how the procedure would work, and they were both really patient and professional during the procedure which turned out really tricky. I can't thank them enough for putting me at ease. Sheraz called afterwards to ensure I wasn't in any discomfort following the treatment, which I felt was excellent customer service and demonstrated real customer care. Thanks again.

We are new to the practice and can’t praise them enough. I’m a frightened patient but the receptionist was so helpful on my first call. Roma is calm, kind & genuine, she has supported my fears but cared for my daughter through a large procedure. My daughter trusts her and that’s enough for us as a family to all register. Thank you for all the support we have received

People are far too quick to complain but very rarely share when they experience good service, so I wanted to share my good experience with this practice. I had an appointment at 2:45 unfortunately I remembered it as 3:45, I was on my there and received a call at 3:20 from Dr.Temi Ajimoko explaining I had missed it but he was happy to see me on his lunch break the following day, which I thought was very kind of him. Then 5 minutes later he called back and asked me to come in at 5:10 that day, that was absolutely brilliant for me as I live a long way from my dentist and was already halfway there. Both he and Harriet stayed behind to sort out my crown and made me smile again, thank you guys

Mr Hussain was brilliant. I got an appointment very quickly and the work was done straight away. The receptionist was very pleasant and a referral for further work came very quickly.

I just had the best dental treatment in 30 years of adulthood (I can't remember much treatment before the age of 16🤣). Saleem did the best big filling I have ever had, it was so good I am going back next week!

Had a tooth out less than 4 hours ago. Feel great just sorry my dentist is leaving.Never felt the needle heard handling of tooth but no discomfort ace job by professional team. Top marks.
