I struggle to brush my teeth daily, I'm autistic and a parent-carer and I'm an NHS patient, we usually visit as a family. The rest can tolerate brushing better, do it habitually. I thought we'd had good treatment. Our dentist we've had for a few years seems like a nice man. But recently my confidence was knocked because a tooth that apparently was so far gone it needed to come out wasn't spotted in a general check until I mentioned pain. And that's not the only tooth, I'm still having pain elsewhere which I did mention at the time. I've been afraid to go back. Is he doing a minimal job waiting for the bigger paycheck!? Or just doing a bad job? Can't see for looking!? Too rushed? Questions about additional more expensive dental work to other family members have been adding to the picture and the worry for me. And it's harder work for us doing it as a family appointment now, in a hectic rush, rather than seperately, but they won't let us for the regular checks and move us about when they have issues like double booking or something and wouldn't let my worried husband book an appointment for me.

I recently visited and was shocked by how rude and unprofessional Katie Cowie is at the reception desk. She was dismissive, unfriendly, and made me feel very unwelcome from the moment I walked in. There was no kindness, no respect, and she did not listen to what I needed to say at all. Even more concerning is the management. Chenille, the Practice Manager, needs to take serious action and improve the standards of this practice. It is clear that there is no proper training or control over the staff, and the attitude from the front desk reflects very badly on the whole place. For a dental practice, patient care and respect should be the most important thing — but here, it is completely missing. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone. It is a shame because good dental care should come with good people, but unfortunately that is not what you get here.

We have gone to Lisa now for years apart a short while when we moved house We soon realised we had made a mistake in moving dentists and so went back to Lisa even though we have to have a taxi. I had to see her for a root extraction and she always gives me confidence and does an excellent job, being kind and thoughtful. Thank you Lisa.

Lovely friendly dentist. Seen the hygienist Alison and Stacey today for the Airpolish system. Alison explained everything too me and what a great experience much better than the previous normal cleans iv had. The air polish was pain free my teeth can be very sensitive to the cold water on a normal clean which can be painful but with the airpolish the water is warmer and pain free.This will be great for anyone who fears the cleaning procedure it’s more expensive but worth every penny.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. Katie Watson-dental hygienist was very gentle yet thorough, making the whole process comfortable. She not only did an excellent deep clean but also gave me practical day-to-day advice and even demonstrated the right techniques. I left feeling like my teeth had been cleaned deeply and properly. Very pleased with the service – highly recommend!

I’ve had my cleaning done three times by Katie now, and after trying many other places, I can honestly say I’ve never met someone who cares so much about their work. The service she provides is always excellent. A true professional!

I just want to say being a nervous patient and having in the past not very good dental work in which made me all the more anxious, charlie and charnie absolutely made me feel so relaxed and cared for, the attention to detail and level of professionalism on top of charlie’s meticulous level of artistry re shaping my smile they have given me my smile back and I’m so thankful he’s changed my life and given me a new level of confidence i never thought id get back i can now smile at people with confidence. Thank you charlie so much and thank you charnie.
