I recently had a root canal treatment and crown carried out by Elysia, assisted by dental nurse Megan. I was a little anxious beforehand, but they were both very professional and put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained clearly and the treatment was carried out with great care. The procedure was painless and the result is excellent. Many thanks to Elysia and Megan.

I've been having some extensive dental work done recently at the Bradford Road Shipley practice and at Leeds Dental Hospital. Richard is my dentist and his work is excellent and he is polite and friendly. The reception staff always give you a warm welcome and go out of their way to help you A big thank you to you all for your help and kindness 😊

My mum Irene has just had an appointment with Gaurav. A wonderful, kind and caring dentist. Always a big smile to greet and talked mum through her procedure step by step. Gaurav’s dental nurse Diane is lovely, always happy and kind. Mum felt so relaxed and cared for. A fantastic team. Thank you so much.

npc cliquey receptionists. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have anxiety or mental health conditions. The receptionists in my experience, every time I went made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected whenever I had an appointment I’d avoid going solely bcs of how awful these receptionists treat patients.

I have a phobia of dentists and from walking through the door and walking out again - every single person is lovely. At one time, I wouldn't have made it through the door and I definitely wouldn't have had a hygienist appointment, as I always saw that as an unnecessary need. I can now do all of it and that is down to everybody in the surgery, making people feel at ease!

I just wanted to thank Marwan. He’s always kind, patient & communicative whenever I’ve had an appointment with him. I find anything dental/medical a bit anxiety inducing so I really appreciate anyone who makes those experiences easier for me, intentionally or not, without patronising me or making a big deal out of it. So I just wanted to say thank you 🙂
