I had a great experience at my recent visit. Dr Ismael and his assistant Julia were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Ismael was very professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at confidence throughout the treatment. Julia was equally amazing—very friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They both worked seamlessly as a team and did a wonderful job. I’m really happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

I have recently made the decision to leave this dental practice after being a patient for almost three years. During that time, I was undergoing implant treatment and other ongoing dental work, and I have spent a considerable amount of money with the practice. Unfortunately, despite the clinical work being important and long-term, the level of communication and organisation has been very poor. My first year of membership involved paying the monthly fee but not receiving the full benefits I expected from that membership, which was disappointing from the outset. Over time, the issues with appointment delays and poor communication became increasingly frustrating. In particular, appointments involving Sharmilla were affected by poor timekeeping and a lack of communication, which made it difficult to have confidence in the process. When you are investing heavily in dental treatment, you need to feel reassured that the practice is organised and respectful of your time.

I am in my mid-eighties and have always been anxious concerning dentists mainly about extraction of teeth or drilling and the pain associated with the procedures. Those anxieties were abandoned after moving to Sandhurst and signing on with Berkshire Dental Clinic. I recently have had a stainless steel plate made carrying 4 teeth and a molar extracted. The dentists carried forward all the work with no pain! All the while, explaining what they intended to do which placed me at ease. The procedures they followed and equipment used was right up to date as was the staff's pleasant and highly trained manner. My only regret is that I had not known of them before. Berkshire Dental Clinic definitely underline the statement: "there are dentists and dentists"

Everyone here is so professional and helpful — from the friendly staff at reception to all the dentists and nurses. A special thank-you to Dr. Aidan, and nurse Rasna who was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout my visit. I always feel well cared for and confident that I’m in great hands. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

This is not my registered dentist but I needed an urgent hygienist appointment for my daughter, Samreen at reception was very helpful and managed to find an appointment to suit us. On the day we were seen on time by Sana, as well as doing a good job she advised my daughter how to brush better and was helpful overall. Cost was very impressive, considerably cheaper than others in the area.

As a nervous dental patient I had managed to avoid professional dental care for many years. I have been with Berkshire Dental Practice for a number of years now and had a number of proceedures including an extraction and a couple of crowns. They have been exceptional in their care package and in particular Aiden is a great dentist with an excellant manner to help calm apprehensive patients. The support starts on entry with the Receptionists who are willing to talk to help calm those pre- treatment nerves.
