I have been a patient at Academy Dental for many years. I have just completed an Invisalign treatment plan. My experience with has been excellent. Dr Gobin took the time to carefully explain each stage of the treatment, checked my progress regularly, and was consistently kind, caring and reassuring throughout. She really puts you at ease. The reception team are also super friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr Gobin and the practice to anyone considering Invisalign and dental care more broadly.

I had a really great experience with Priya, the hygienist. I was quite nervous going in as I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, but she was incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease. The cleaning (including Airflow) was completely painless, and she was professional, efficient, and very pleasant throughout. She also took the time to explain things clearly and helped calm my nerves, which made a big difference. Really happy with the service—would definitely recommend.

I have always been extremely scared of the dentist, but the team at Dental Academy have been absolutely fantastic from the very start and made me feel completely at ease. After my initial visit, they advised that I should see the hygienist, something that really worried me. That’s when I met Priya, who is quite simply brilliant. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and most importantly ensured I was completely comfortable and felt no pain at all. Thanks to Priya, I now have no anxiety about dental visits and happily see her four times a year. A big shout-out as well to Christine on reception, who is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. As a very nervous patient, I can fully recommend the surgery from Christina (the receptionist) through to Dr Ritcha (the dentist), Sharon and Tara (nurses) and Sara (hygienist). All were very patient and kind, taking time to explain the process and allowing for questions whilst making me feel comfortable. The improvements made are significant and I am extremely happy to return in the future.
