Nightingale Dental & Implant Centre
📍 Invisalign dentists in Sandhurst
Nightingale Dental & Implant Centre in Sandhurst offers a mixed experience for patients. On the positive side, the clinic is praised for its prompt emergency care, with friendly receptionists and dentists who go above and beyond to reassure nervous patients. The hygienist services are also highlighted as excellent, leaving patients with a clean and fresh feeling. However, there are concerns about appointment management and treatment delays, with some patients experiencing long waits and sudden cancellations.
While some patients report outstanding service and quick registration processes, others have faced issues with treatment completion and communication. The clinic's ability to handle complex procedures is questioned, with some patients being referred to private dentists. Overall, Nightingale Dental & Implant Centre shows potential but has room for improvement in consistency and patient communication.

I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment just a few hours later, which was a huge relief as my pain was worsening. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and the dentist was just as kind and reassuring. He really went above and beyond, especially as I’m quite nervous about dental work. I arrived with facial swelling and a lot of pain, but I left feeling so much better. I’m very grateful for the care I received- thank you!
I'm speaking on behalf of my mother who is 87yrs old At the begining of January 26 my mum made an appointment at the surgery to request new dentures top and bottom. After consultstion a tooth was removed and impressions taken, she paid for the overall treatment and dentures at that visit in full. She was then back and forth at the surgery on a weekly basis having more and more and more impressions, being told they want to get it right! April time her dentist whose name i can't remember said he was waiting to see if he's contract was being renewed, He has since left, I guess that meant no! So my mother was seen by another dentist and was given her dentures, however the lower dentures are still ill fitting and uncomfortable to wear, Pressing and rubbing on her gums, so she called the surgery to be told she is no longer registered with them and her treatment was complete and if she needed further assistance to call 111 So she is left with a denture that she paid for but cannot wear! Why on earth it took five months to get to this stage i'll never no! Shame on you.
Wait 6 months for an appointment and then 2 weeks before they ‚postpone it’ not even with a call but a second class letter thats taken over a week to arrive! Had they bothered to call and tell me about the potponement would have looked somewhere else sooner but now have waited even longer!!! May I also add they just postponed it without giving an actual new date!!! A JOKE! If you just want a simple easy dentist visit LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
There are a few dentists here that are really good and really helpful but on the overall they have not helped me in the way i’d hoped, ive had a temporary filling since april which i had absolutely 0 pain at all. They then went onto drill into that tooth, clean it and place another temporary filling onto it. I was meant to have the tooth fully restored by now - in fact weeks back. But now ive had multiple temporary fillings dissolve in my mouth and cause more issues especially the structure of a tooth that was easily save able. Ive also had 4/5 dentists tell me i need completely opposite things done yet nothing gets done…one tells me i need a permanent filling the tooth is okay and others say i need RCT and extraction wont come long after it. I really dislike dentists in general and i really like the receptionists as well. I just feel as though overall care is neglected and longed out for an unnecessary amount of time.
10/10 - Would recommend this place. I was registered within minutes and an appointment booked promptly. 2 weeks later, I arrived and the process of booking in was smooth and simple. Karen at reception is excellent at her vocation and made me feel relaxed using her brilliant sense of humour. The dentist, Aqsa, was polite, calm and professional. She put me at ease from the moment I walked in. The staff at the surgery are a credit to this place. Keep up the good work.
Yet another regular visit to L'ren, their excellent hygienist, resulting in nice clean teeth and a good feeling in the mouth
The service has been extremely disappointing. After nearly two years, they still haven’t resolved the issues with my wife’s teeth. They are unable to perform most major treatments, often referring us to private dentists for procedures like root canals treatments or others. To make matters worse, we had an appointment scheduled today and spent more than an hour travelling there, only to find out it had been cancelled without any prior notice. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, and we are deeply frustrated.
