I had the most amazing experience at this dentist. Dr Akashini made me feel so comfortable. She is so professional and efficient. The nurse, Wendy was equally as amazing and made me feel at ease and looked after. She went above and beyond. Great experience, especially with all of the work I needed doing. Thank you.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the terrific and brilliant staff at flint dental practice. I have a horrible fear of the dentist and it makes going incredibly difficult, however with such amazing and considerate dentists it make the whole experience manageable. Along with the fantastic dentist the receptionist is truly wonderful and helpfull at moving appointments and helping to accommodate my needs. I cannot help but recommend flint dental practice to anyone that will listen their team and dentist are truly exceptional and fantastic at all aspects of their jobs.

I was in agony because of my wisdom tooth and so nervous before the extraction, but the whole team was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured and taken care of. I honestly can’t thank them enough — Big shout-out to Lisa at Reception: Super friendly and kind.. she's the one who made me feel immediately at ease over the phone (a kind voice goes a long way!) and made me want to register with this practice as a new patient. Thank you again Team Flint House!

Farshad and Wendy were absolutely brilliant, amazing and compassionate when seeing a young child who was in pain and extremely anxious about being seen and treated today and ended up needing a baby tooth extracted. They both explained each step in a way that wasn’t scary and that she could understand and were so reassuring during and after the treatment. Farshad made sure that she didn’t see any medical instruments other than the mouth mirror and allowed her to hold it and see that it wasn’t anything to be feared. Can’t praise or be grateful enough for looking after her so well and doing what they could to make her experience as stress less and not traumatic as possible ❤️

Ive not had a alot of issues with my teeth in 40 years and had my first proper procedure today at Flint House. I had a impacted wisdom tooth that required my 2nd molar to be removed. I was very apprehensive and quite honestly scared. The dentist that I saw reassured me and the removal was a breeze. Thank you so so much. 5 stars

Very speedy, efficient, very polite staff. However, this place is unsuitable for those folks who have a physical disability, there is no wheel chair accessible entrance, even trying to get a walking frame in here is very difficult, I cannot recall if there were any handles near the door to help with stepping up or down, I do not recall any. There are two quite high steps at the entrance too, which you will need to navigate to get through the doors, and neither door is automatic so you will struggle if someone does not help you with the doors. Inside, the place is tiny, so again, if you struggle with standing, you are stuffed, unless of course you have just struggled through the doors with your walking frame which happens to have a seat on it, and if there are any spare seats, which there were not, they are too low for many folks who have mobility issues, getting down/up into/out of the seats would be hugely problematic for some folks. One of the surgeries is up a set of stairs, luckily we were downstairs, and having struggled past the steps at the door was more than enough and something I wish we had not had to do as this caused a huge amount pain. The other issue here, the toilet, is up those stairs, so if you have any issues with walking, with your knees, hips, balance. grabbing rails etc etc, you are kind of stuffed. In short, staff nice, efficient service, not at all accessible friendly and folks with mobility issues will struggle here.
