South Cliff Dental Group, St Leonards

Today I had my first Hygienist appointment at south cliff in battle Road and I’m incredibly pleased. The hygienist’s name was Bilal Sayad and he was amazing very kind a friendly and informative. He did an excellent job! I’ve had about 6 different hygienist before him and he was the best so far, as I’m a smoker I struggle with bad staining and he got rid of all of it in just one session! I’ve had hygienist leave bits before as they’ve run out of time or other reasons. Bilal was quick professional and took his time making sure it was right. I had the second to last appointment of the day and even after a long day of appointments he still done a great job. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone.

This is the most disorganised dentist I have ever been too. Took my money for a referral to east grinstead waited over 3 months. Chased this surgery and told its definitely been done the lady didn't want to check on the co putwr despite me asking her too. So called east grinstead and told no referal is there... chased up the dentist to be told yeah its definitely been done.... demanded a refund and told 30 days.... then told 3 day after 5 days no refund. They said we can do your teeth here in house.... I said you cant send a referal think im letting you near my teeth... stay away avoid at all cost

Phoned today for appointment. Once again had trouble making out what was being said. Tried to book on website. Never visited a web site so bad. Only going back because they were responsible for my denture, which is broke again.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Duana and the entire team at South Cliff Dental Group. I was in a truly critical situation and urgently needed a tooth extraction. Despite it being the weekend, the team replied to my email on Sunday, which already says a lot. I was then seen the very next day, on Monday, and the tooth was successfully removed. Dr Duana was incredibly kind, calm, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made a very stressful situation feel manageable and safe — something that really matters when you’re in pain. A special thank you to the reception team as well — their responsiveness, clear communication, and efficiency were outstanding. Everything was handled quickly and with genuine care. I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. Professional, humane, and truly patient-focused service. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

They were absolutely brilliant, I suffer with bad Anxiety and they were so caring and thoughtful throughout. Asking me if I'm okay or raise my hand when to stop, it was painless and a pleasure to a great caring team!

I had an appointment at 4.45 arrived ten minutes early and was still sitting in reception at 5.15. I was given no information or updates and when I tried to rebook couldn't get a suitable appointment. I've actually already paid for the treatment so in future I will pay once I've been seen NOT before
