I would like to say a huge thank you to the doctor Kolade and all the assistants for the excellent care and professionalism throughout my son’s treatment. My son had 4 teeth removed before getting braces, and everything was done over 3 appointments with such care, patience, and kindness. The procedures were quick, smooth, and completely stress-free for him. Everything healed perfectly with no complications at all, and we truly appreciate how supportive and reassuring the whole team was during every visit. Thank you again for making what could have been a difficult experience so easy and comfortable for both my son and me. We are very grateful and highly recommend this clinic.

I can in yesterday afternoon for 4 fillings two in which were on teeth very close to my front ones. As you can see by the photos the fillings have not been smoothed down and you can clearly see how badly they’ve been done which in turn has made me very self conscious. Another filling has not been filled in fully and there’s still a hole which is causing me discomfort I would really appreciate if someone called me asap to resolve this

If I could give more than 5 stars for this dental practice, I absolutely would! After moving to the area, and desperately needing some treatment, I found Springfield Dental Care and read the fantastic reviews. From the first phone call where the receptionist was so lovely, listening to me explaining how nervous I was, I felt at ease. I have had 3 appointments so far with Mahyar with more scheduled. He is a fantastic dentist, probably the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He will explain what’s possible and what is not, he will be realistic and honest. He explains his plans for your treatment and makes sure you understand everything that will happen. Even though my treatment is ongoing, i have every confidence that I have chosen the best dentist and dental practice and would highly, highly recommend anyone.

I had a really positive experience at the practice. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The dental surgeon who treated me was absolutely wonderful — kind, reassuring, and very thorough. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would happily recommend this practice to others.

I have recently registered with Springfield Dental Practice and am delighted with the service so far. The team are welcoming, the facilities are bright and clean and everyone is keen to make patients feel comfortable. My dentist was very understanding of my nervousness, as was the dental nurse. Very happy to have found this practice.

I just want to say that the dentists and nurses here are absolutely amazing. However, there are now two new receptionists whose customer service skills are extremely poor. They come across as very rude, which is disappointing. Having visited multiple times and being extremely happy with the overall care and experience at this clinic with my family, I’m now particularly frustrated by their receptionists lack of basic courtesy and interpersonal skills. They were unable to clarify what I was being charged for when I asked, and I had to go and ask the dentist myself because they didn’t make the effort to check. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, especially given how excellent the clinical staff are. I have still give 4 stars because I can’t fault the clinical care given.

I was seen on time and everyone was friendly. I was surprised however that my checkup appeared to be an exercise of revisiting my medication, my drinking habits and updating the dental records you hold about me, as I thought you had these already. I was advised that an Xray was recommended, but my records would have shown I had at least three within the last 12 months. A descale also seemed to be at additional cost, which I declined, when this used to be included in the standard checkup fee. I think all prices should be advised by text ahead of checkups if items previously included are now extra items. I saw some people were paying £71 for a 15 minute visit, which is too expensive. We would all like to earn £284/ hour! Thanks Stephen Nicholls
