The reception team made check-in easy, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the procedure. I really appreciated their gentle approach and attention to detail — I felt completely at ease even though I was a bit nervous beforehand. The dental assistants were kind and efficient, and the whole visit ran smoothly from start to finish. My teeth have never felt better, and I’m so pleased with the results! I cannot commend this dental practice highly enough. My dentist, Dr Bashir, was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and non-judgemental, immediately putting me at ease. I now look forward to my appointments, as he carries out all necessary treatment with great care, precision, and attention to my comfort throughout. I am currently undergoing root canal therapy, which has been entirely painless and performed to the highest standard. Dr Bashir is an outstanding clinician, and I recommend him without reservation.

i came here with a family member a couple weeks ago. i over heard imrain (the male receptionist) talking to his dental assistants in the most disrespectful way i’ve ever heard. the way he spoke to that poor girl is unacceptable. he seems like a sad man who seems to like having a sense of control over the girls and should not be allowed to treat them the way i witnessed i wouldn’t want my family going anywhere near that place again!!!!

I saw Bashir today for wisdom teeth extraction. Both were brilliant - friendly and knowledgable, put me at ease and communicated to me throughout with updates around what was happening.

I had a booking for a dental hygienist on a Friday but unfortunately I had tested positive for covid on Thursday night and was ill. I called on Friday to inform them that I cannot make my appointment due to my illness but they still charged me as missed appointment. The receptionist even suggested to me to come on my appointment day even I was positive for covid! Working in NHS, I find this totally ridiculous, unreasonable and insensitive. They seem more inclined to money-making. Not worth arguing your case to them, they don’t listen.

Great dentists! Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel at ease.
