Dental Beauty Romford

I've been going to Dental Beauty Romford for just under a year but they have been absolutely amazing. I have a fear of the dentist and needles and so have always been anxious going to previous appointments elsewhere, but my dentist, Dr Mansiba, has been incredibly patient and understanding with me, talking me through all the steps and helping me overcome my fears. Dr Mansiba always goes above and beyond and makes me comfortable everytime I'm there. Walking into Dental Beauty Romford is always very welcoming, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile by all the staff. 5/5 stars for everything they do! Definitely recommend them, this is the best dental care I've ever received!

I visited Dental Beauty for the first time and was treated by Mr. Jaspreet Singh. He was outstanding. He carefully explained the cause of my issue and guided me on what to do. Within just a week, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. I haven’t felt this comfortable in years. Thank you, Mr. Jaspreet Singh.

I had some fillings by Dr Mansiba and Valerija and they’re a fantastic duo. Made the treatment time feel like it went by so quickly while explaining each step and checking I was ok. I have seen Dr Manisba a few times and she is a phenomenal dentist!

Booked the hygiene appointment and paid £87 upfront. Right before treatment — already on the chair, glasses on, ready to start — I was upsold an additional wash for £38. In that position, I just said yes to avoid regretting it later. Ended up paying £125 for a 30-minute session, which I’m not convinced was good value. Happy for the practice to upsell, but please don’t do it once the patient is lying down and committed. That moment doesn’t feel like a fair conversation. I was followed up by a text message asking for my feedback and hence shared.

Incredible dental staff hampered by dire customer service, echoing other negative reviews here. For the record I used to come to the clinic for treatment years ago and always had a great time with Jas. He is kind and thorough and has provided me with dental work that has lasted much longer than anticipated. Due to moving around and other life changes I hadn't been in a long time, so upon return there was more work needed than I had anticipated which is totally understandable. Jas moves and explains things at breakneck speed which I am used to, but upon seeing my treatment plan I was shocked at the price but a little too overwhelmed to question it at the time. Upon getting home and calling some other dentists, I called the clinic back to explain that I simply wouldn't be able to afford the treatment plan as written (almost £1500 over 3 visits) and was asking what could be done. I said that the website mentions they accept NHS patients (it's literally in their website banner and the first thing indexed by google) and asked if a portion of my treatment could be covered by that, and was laughed at on the phone. "We haven't accepted NHS patients in 4 years" I was told, so I suggested they at least update their website, to again be met with derision. "You won't find any dentist taking on NHS patients" I was told, despite just talking to another local dentist who said I could transfer over to them if needed. When asked what could be done, I was told I could... Cancel my upcoming appointments. That's all that was offered. I agreed and asked for a refund on the deposit I paid, to be told to "send an email" that has never been acknowledged. Granted I'm clearly not a loyal customer due to the huge gap in my visits but I was genuinely very upset to be treated with such disdain and dismissal by the clinic's front of house. I trust Jas and the team implicitly with any care, but the rude service and apparent inflexibility in treatment that match affordability makes this an impossible clinic to recommend.
