I became a patient at this practice in 2025 and I can honestly say how lovely all the staff are. The receptionists make you feel welcome and the dental staff are amazing. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist, due to a couple of bad experiences elsewhere, and the dental team here really make me feel at ease. They explained everything I needed to have done, giving me all available choices open to me. I felt very comfortable in their care. Thank you so much.
This practice is always welcoming and polite at the reception area. I have been attending regular appointments here for 50 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Vivek Anand is our dentist at the practice. He makes you feel at ease as soon as you sit in the chair for your dental treatment. I never feel nervous as I know I am in safe hands, he is very professional, and knowledgeable and has the patients needs as his upmost priority.

I highly recommend Dental Beauty in Western Road: their service is faultless - 100% professional and friendly. You can be confident of getting excellent advice and treatment at this practice. My dentist there is Hilary Cheng and I think she's the best dentist I've encountered in the 60 plus years I've been going to this practice. She carried out today's treatment on me with confidence and supreme skill, ably assisted by dental nurse Kaylee. Hilary's advice is always completely sound. During treatment she always asks how I'm feeling to ensure there is no stress or discomfort.
The staff are highly qualified and experienced and provide incredible care. The receptionists are really welcoming and friendly and all the team makes sure you have a pleasant experience when visiting.
