I was in a lot of pain and really struggling, and Brooke at reception was incredibly kind to me. She did everything she could to find an appointment for both me and my son, and I truly appreciated her patience and understanding. When I came in, Dr. Rajdeep was also very gentle and reassuring. He took his time to explain what was going on and helped me understand the treatments I need to get better. Thank you to both of them for making a stressful situation much easier.

Manpreet was excellent when checking my wife. He was very attentive to detail, took his time to explain everything clearly, and gave instructions very carefully and professionally. It was clear that he takes pride in doing his job well. We also had a very positive experience with the whole team. From the reception staff to Manpreet’s support staff, everyone was helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The level of care and professionalism throughout the practice was impressive. I would highly recommend Iora Health Dental Healthcare Romford to anyone looking for quality dental care and excellent service.

Unfortunately the standard of services has dropped here. Once you book an appointment , they will call you the next day or so to try get you to change it to another time. The dentist misses areas of the teeth and doesn't clean it properly. They really need to stop the hygiene and teeth whitening offer as the whitening treatment for 20 mins does not work, it just increases sensitivity. Results were worse than what I began with. Save your money and go else where.

Just coming out of the dentist practice IORA Romford, a team of polite and very professional people, the lady at the reception Brook (plz forgive if mis-spell) was great, really helping and the dentist helped me alot to understand about my gums and teeth problem and clean my teeth professionally, feel very good. Definitely recommend them!!!

good dentist, the Dr explained everything, answered anything, and advised accordingly for future purposes after a single visit. The procedure felt professional and welcoming at the same time; floor staff also helpful. Would recommend.
