The Ripley Family Dental Centre

Everyone at the practice is really helpful and efficient. The building is light, bright and modern. The treatment which I am having is quite extensive but so far it is going really well. They have expert dentists and dental nurses who really make the effort to put you at ease and explain everything to you. The staff are also very well-trained in the latest dental advances and have the very best equipment and software to carry out complex procedures. I am using this practice alongside my existing dentist because of the high level of expert care they provide in dental implant surgery and I am glad I made the decision to do so. Really cannot recommend them enough.

Bright and airy reception and treatment rooms. Courteous staff all round. I attended for a check up and advised I needed a little treatment. They would have booked me in the next day if I wanted. Went in on the dot for my second appointment the Dentist and staff were lovely. Good value too. Good result. 👍

Had the best dental experience yesterday! My hygienist, Megan, was so lovely, she really took her time, was incredibly gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I have quite sensitive teeth, so I’m usually a bit nervous, but it didn’t hurt at all, which was such a relief. The whole atmosphere was really calming, and I genuinely felt cared for from start to finish. It was so much better than any dental experience I’ve had before. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come again!

I have recently had multiple trips to Ripley Family Dental Practice. Both Dr Berzingi and Rachel are extremely kind, professional and caring. The treatment I received from them both has been excellent. Reception staff particularly Bella and Amy are polite, efficient and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

A Dental Practice with Professional, polite and efficient service. Been looking around for a Dental Practice to undertake some technical dental work which wasn’t covered by the NHS as it’s classed cosmetic, and as usual did a google search (which is daunting as the best of times) and after the initial call to the practice the approach and professionalism of the front of house staff was welcoming and with a review with Dr Jaimin Shah, whom put me at ease the work whilst complicated is workable, and we committed to a plan of work, which was well priced or cost effective for the treatment as and when needed and the aftercare was just a phone call away and there was never an issue in seeing me to put my mind at ease, but as all dental work this is a long program and I’ve no hesitation in worrying as the work todate has been completed in a Professional, polite and efficient manner

I joined this practice after covid time and they have transformed my smile. Mr Berzinghi is so calm, he always puts me at ease. The ladies on reception and dental assistants are lovely and helpful. I appreciate they have gone out of their way to help me this week. A massive thank you. I would highly recommend x
