Smile Dental Care - Redruth

I just had the best dental experience ever. I am phobic and have had a panic attack before in the chair with a different dentist. Kasia was the sweetest most caring Indian man, I felt so humanised and connected and didn’t even need numbing or pain relief. He is leaving soon sadly but I felt the reception staff were also low key warm and friendly. Feel very grateful for the care I received

Came here as a NHS 111 dental patient to sort out an issue left by a different dental practice. All staff were amazing and so helpful! Very happy with the service and result! Thank you all ❤️

I am a very nervous patient due to previous bad experience at the dentist but today I had to have 2 fillings replaced. I cannot thank Ashish Sharma and the male dental nurse (sorry didn’t catch his name ) enough. They were so kind and understanding and I managed to have it all done without local anaesthetic which is a miracle for me ! The practice was amazing and I’m very grateful. The receptionists were also really lovely. Many thanks to you all

Best thing that ever happened to Bond street dental, was getting taken over by Smile. Lovely receptionists, quick & easy to get appointments, and my dentist Andra Rosu was highly professional. As far as Dentists go I could not say a bad word about this practice 10/10.

What is going on here? I have been a patient here for quite a few years, always had a 6 month check up. Last time i phoned for an appointment i was told "you have to wait to be invited" well it takes a long time to send out an invite, as that was FOUR YEARS AGO! Must be lost in the post! Both my wife and myself have phoned to get the answer "we'll see you if it's an emergency" so not interested then? Might just go private, but I'll say one thing, IT WON'T BE HERE!

I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially if you are a little anxious about the dentist. andrea (i think her name) was absolutely horrible and rude and just did not care at all. i’ve never experienced that in a public space

I have used Bond Street Dental for a few years. I've never had any issues, but in the last 4 years I've found my appointments to be particularly good! I have seen AJ a couple of times - he is extremely friendly, professional & explains what he is doing & why. Aftercare advice is also very helpful. The receptionists are also really welcoming & friendly. Knowing how hard it is to get an NHS dentist in Cornwall, I'm very grateful to have been a patient here as long as I have. Long may it continue:)
