I don't often give reviews but I just had a tooth extraction today with Arman and he was absolutely amazing. No pain and he was so patient with me despite how anxious I was. He didn't rush me and explained everything calmly and the dental nurse with him was so kind too and allowed me to hold her hand as the anesthesic was going in. It was the best experience I could have had going in for a procedure like that

My dentist Guan-Ting Pan and his dental nurse are absolutely amazing! I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and are continuing to do, to help me with all my dental issues, they make me feel completely at ease and comfortable during my appointments and treatments, which can be very difficult for me as I suffer with mental health issues.. Also a big thank you to the receptionists for helping me arrange my appointments.

Ruba, the nurse, was very professional and helpful throughout the appointment. Ranbir, the hygienist, was extremely thorough and did an excellent job. They both made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Thank you for the great service.

Have had a really positive experience at Smile. Always felt nervous heading to the dentist but Ajay has been brilliant and a special mention to Ranbir the hygienist who always goes the extra mile. Both Ajay and Ranbir are always happy to give advice and take the time you need to explain things and give you the treatment you require. Would give 10 stars if I could.

This practice has repeatedly cancelled my son’s appointments, and it has become a serious concern. To date, his appointment has been cancelled on seven separate occasions, often consecutively. This ongoing pattern of cancellations demonstrates a lack of reliability and consideration for patients’ time and healthcare needs. Repeated disruptions like this not only cause significant inconvenience but may also compromise continuity of care. I find this level of service unacceptable and would strongly urge the practice to review its scheduling and patient communication processes to prevent further occurrences. Thanks
