Crownhill Dental Practice - Plymouth Devon

I haven’t been to a dentist in a number of years and recently had a Root Canal/BioDentine appointment with Sid and Dani, which thankfully only ended up being a BioDentine. I was initially nervous but Sid spoke to me throughout the whole process being sure to let me know what was being done and why which put me at ease and Dani proceeded to always check in with me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Both Dani and Sid were naturally incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their profession whilst also being caring, intuitive and efficient. Both of them created a wonderful atmosphere and worked well with one another which kept my nerves at bay and the procedure lighthearted and enjoyable whilst also being professional. I highly recommend both of them. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, as always. A really great dental practice.

Always put patient care at the top of their priorities. Have been in and out of the dentist over the past 18 months and the team at Crownhill Dental could not make me feel more at ease. Dr Ordi and Sid have gone above and beyond the normal expectation of a standard dentist to ensure I am confident in my smile and that I am feeling well. This practice is amazing! The customer service, friendliness and professionalism of every member of staff is second to none! This has made visiting the dentist an easy and pleasant experience throughout! Im just starting my treatment after needing an emergency extraction and I feel so at ease about visiting again. I was very nervous about having a tooth pulled after an emergency appointment was needed and Dr Ordi and the dental nurses Emma and Beth put me at ease straight away and was incredibly patient. They spoke to me throughout to calm my nerves and even played Raye in the background knowing that she was my favourite singer! This made me instantly feel relaxed. I was reassured throughout and I didn’t experience any pain. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. It’s the best dental practice I have ever visited. Thank you!

It was my first experience in having an implant. The dental service from Ramin and his team was excellent, faultless with special attention given to me and my wellbeing. Whilst it came at a cost it was well worth it. Highly recommended to others. Thanks Ramin, Danny and the rest of the team.
