Dr. Liz was very professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease, while Annmarie was kind and supportive throughout. The procedure was quick, smooth, and almost painless. The staff were friendly and the clinic was clean and modern. Highly recommend for anyone needing quality dental care.

Lucy at Eilertsen Dental is everything you hope for in a hygienist and more. From the moment you walk in, she has this natural way of putting you completely at ease — calm, approachable, and genuinely kind. It’s clear she really cares, not just about the treatment itself, but about how you feel throughout the whole experience. What stands out most is her knowledge and professionalism. She explains everything clearly, never rushes, and makes sure you’re comfortable and confident with what’s happening. You always feel like you’re in very safe hands. It’s rare to find someone who balances such a high level of expertise with such a relaxed, reassuring manner. Lucy manages it effortlessly, and it makes all the difference. I hadn’t been to the dentist for around 27 years because of a severe phobia, but my wife encouraged me to visit this practice after having such a positive experience herself. I came along with her to one of her appointments so I could speak to the team and explain my concerns, and that visit gave me the confidence to book my own appointment. I attended today and was understandably very nervous, but from the moment I arrived, the receptionist was so kind and kept me informed throughout. The appointment itself was excellent — Lucy and the team were incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and worked at a pace that felt comfortable for me. I left feeling genuinely reassured and with a clear understanding of the next steps for my following appointment. The friendly chat and humour really helped put me at ease, and at no point did I feel judged. I would highly recommend Eilertsen Dental Care to anyone, especially if you feel anxious about visiting the dentist.

I saw Lucy and Annmarie in practice today due to a filling coming out and needing replacing . I had previously not set foot in a dentist for over ten years due to being scarred from root canal treatment . My anxiety before hand wasn’t great but as soon as I entered the room it was put at ease . They were absolutely amazing from start to finish , very professional , very confident at what they were doing whilst making me feel super comfortable , talking to me throughout the appointment . I can’t thank you enough! It’s Definitely got me over the fear of sitting in a dentists chair and I will Definitely be back now for check ups and other procedures . First appointment and very impressed with all the staff. Receptionist very welcoming, Dr Gemma Wheeler very patient and kept me informed all the way. Radiologist very kind and talked me through every move. Made so at ease booked a hygienist appointment for later the same day! Thoroughly recommended, especially if you are of a nervous disposition .

I had a very positive experience. The team are always professional, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The practice itself is clean, modern, and a pleasant environment to be in. I felt well looked after and appreciated the high standard of care provided. David and Emmie are absolutely brilliant and a credit to the practice. i have a fear of needles and the dentist and they were both wonderful, reassuring me every step of the way and more than happy to answer questions, pause or accommodate any requests i had. Both David and Emmie were kind, helpful and empathetic the entire way through and made what would have been terrifying into something a lot less scary. if you have any kind of phobia of needles or the dentist, i would highly recommend these two!!
