We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time. And waited 15 minutes past our time slot. When we first arrived a patient came in and was late for her appt apologised and one of the practice staff informed her that basically her was her problem and they wouldn’t be able to give her the full treatment. This was discussed in front of the other patients sat in the waiting area. Lack of professional and upholding best patient care. Then we went into see the orthodontist he didn’t properly introduce himself and asked us what we came for, which I replied our dentist sent the referral could you look at that as it was a little complicated to remember. With this in mind he read the referral and checked over my daughter’s teeth. She is 8 years old and was quite nervous about seeing a new practitioner and someone she didn’t know. He didn’t introduce himself to her and was a little forceful. He had to ask her a few times to open her mouth, I do think communication is key. And professionals need to be aware of the patient group they are communicating with. If we do need further treatment in the future I would be reluctant to choose this practice.

From start to finish the experience at Peterborough Orthodontic centre has been really positive. Both my daughters had braces fitted and whenever we needed a non scheduled appointment, the staff were really accommodating. We were always greeted by friendly faces and knowledgable staff. We are now at the end of our braces journey but will always recommend this dentist as we had a great experience.

Great experience at this orthodontist. Very organised and provided all information in consultation appointment making it an easy process. They always tried to fit an appointment in if there was any emergencies.

Don’t get braces here. For some reason they are always in a rush I understand they want to be efficient but the work are not delicate enough they don’t care if they hurt you. Supposedly my braces should be off very soon but every single time when I come back there are always some slight movements of my teeth and extend the pain. Telling patient to be careful with braces meanwhile putting the brackets worst way possible I can’t even close my mouth properly, literally the brackets that hold the braces never last me a day.
