I had a dental check-up and fillings done, and the experience was completely pain-free and very comfortable. Dr. Andrey Astakhov is truly amazing—thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. He has a gentle approach and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to create a treatment plan that felt right. I felt fully understood and able to trust his care.

As ever, I cannot thank the dental team enough for their detailed and thorough work. Andrey has looked after my teeth for many years now and having just had to attend an emergency appointment, he took great care to fully assess my tooth issue, clearly talk through the options and applied the treatment needed to get me back on track. I 100% recommend this practice and the full dental team in place :0)

Very good experience from start to finish. The practice is clean, well lit and has a spacious waiting room. My appointment didn’t feel rushed despite fitting in a lot of treatment & discussion. The equipment available seems varied & advanced. Dr. Vijay was very kind, welcoming , and informative — he explained everything clearly and cares about your comfort. Dental nurse Grace was super: friendly, efficient, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and easy. Aarcha on reception was just wonderful — incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming in every interaction. Been a customer for many years. Dentists are coming and going quite frequently, but I have been very pleased with all I have met 🌟 Always competent, accurate, informative and reliable. Have had the same hygienist all the time and she’s amazing 😊 Although, administration can vary, either it’s fantastic 👍 otherwise it can be a bit… unclear… 🙈 Still very pleased with all my check ups and treatments 🙏

I can thoroughly recommend Bupa Dental Care in Summertown. I see Morgan as my hygienist who is outstanding and friendly and then Vijay as my dentist. Vijay is always professional and caring and I never worry about seeing the dentist any more!

Yesterday I visited Bupa Summertown Dental for my first appointment with the dentist Andrey. It was a very thorough and comprehensive examination of my teeth and Andrey was very professional. 5 star service!
