I had an outstanding experience with Beyond Dental throughout my Invisalign journey. From the very first consultation to the final results, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. A special thank you to Chantelle, who was always welcoming, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made every visit a pleasure and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Dr Kim was brilliant throughout the entire process. His expertise, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome gave me complete confidence every step of the way. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment. After a bad experience I have been nervous about going to the dentist. I booked at Beyond based on the reviews and it’s fair to say it lives up to the 5star reviews and more. I was amazed at how a dental practice could look so aesthetically pleasing. What came along with that is very friendly and helpful staff. I saw Kim who was very kind when I told him I was nervous he spent time going through all that I needed. I came out and spoke with Chantelle who went through all the treatment with me, showing me my scan and helped me understand what was going on. I have to say this is something I have never experienced before someone who took the time to explain. I needed quite a bit of treatment and felt overwhelmed but I have to say it was broken down for me and I was told we could go at my pace. I have had 4 appointments so far and am greeted by name, Maddie remembers what drink I like and Chantelle always checks in with me. I will be starting Invisalign once my treatment is complete and look forward to being confident with my smile. I am still slightly nervous but am always put at ease when I arrive. I recommend Kim for anyone who is nervous or had a bad experience.

I was wowed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and asked if I wanted to brush my teeth, something I have never been asked and it was a great they had a brushing station and as coming from work I hadn’t had chance to brush them. I had a scan and pictures of my teeth taken by Niamh and a shirt questionnaire, then I saw Akash who spent time going through my scan, X-rays and explained what was needed. Being able to see my teeth made it so much easier for me to understand. I then saw Chantelle - I’m not sure what her role is but she reinforced everything Akash had said and it was great to go through the treatment plan with her as her knowledge was amazing. She then went through all my options and made sure we went ahead with what was beneficial for me. I am happy to be a patient at Beyond and feel like they care. Would highly recommend. A calm and caring experience from the start.

I came in for a checkup, I was greeted by Maddy, the lovely receptionist, I then saw Connie for a scan and some photos! She was lovely and really helped calm my nerves before I went in to see the dentist. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough!! The whole team are lovely and very knowledgeable. After years of being terrified of going to the dentist, the amazing Kim Tan at Beyond Dental has helped me overcome my fears. Always smiling, he explains everything as he goes along, listens to you and has a gentle approach that made the experience much better than I expected. I am very grateful for his work and very happy to have a healthier future for my teeth!

Today was the first time visiting Beyond Dental practice. I was so impressed. The warm friendly greeting when you arrive instantly made me feel at ease. Akash the Dentist was very kind and patient. I loved all of the technology ie scans and photos put up on the screen to see for myself and he was able to talk everything through regarding my treatment plan step-by-step. The dental nurses were lovely and so chatty which when you are a nervous patient really helps The main bonus I think to this practice is Chantelle she will talk to you through a step-by-step financial plan to help you with with treatment. She's very clear and precise and for me this was exactly what I needed as I have to have quite a bit of work done. Thank you to everybody for today that has been a very long time since I have been to the dentist and I have left confident and happy about my plan going forward.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever set foot in, it’s like going into a spa. The staff are brilliant, and Chantelle was amazing, she helps build a relationship between the patient and dentist. I had a real fear of the dentist, but now I have beyond dental looking after me, it’s a joy to come in and get treatment. It’s a fantastic place to come, I’m very happy. 10 out of 10, can’t fault the place.
