Excellent dental practice. Have been using for about 4 years now and would highly recommend. Michael Irwin is very good at what he does and is very personable. Ciara the dental nurse and receptionist is very well organised, friendly and competent.
I booked in for the first time with michael on Friday after reading the reviews on him and the surgery and had my appointment on Monday. Every review was so spot on michael is a gentleman and put me at ease from the second i walked through the door, he didn't make me feel ashamed or anything about my teeth and his warmth just shone through we had a good laugh too, his dental nurse was so lovely also as was the young girl on reception. I'm delighted i found michael and his team to look after my teeth going forward. If your nervous or anxious you may be shamed about your dental health please don't be as this place does anything but. You will be well looked after and will wonder why you were so worried to begin with🙂
Michael has been my dentist for more decades than I care to admit, but when an infection meant I had to get a tooth extracted the week after a recent visit, I dreaded the prospect. No need! Michael, and deadpanning nurse Leah, kept me relaxed and in stitches of laughter throughout, and the tooth was out before I realised he had even started the procedure. Fantastic dentist, and we are very lucky to have him in Glengormley.
Michael has been my dentist for 30 plus years, and has kept my smile perfect throughout that time. Michael and his staff are always attentive and welcoming. His professionalism and experience puts you at ease.
