Amazing experience at Shrawley House Dental Practice. Everybody is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. As a hygienist, Bradley is second to none. The time and care he takes is superb. The same can be said of Andrew McRobert as a dentist - the best I have ever seen. You never feel rushed and everything is done to put you at ease, and is fully explained to you. The dental nursing staff and receptionists add to the whole professional and friendly ambience and caring atmosphere. First class service!

Bradley put me at ease when I arrived and was very professional in carrying out the dental hygiene for my teeth. He asked me questions about my current dental hygiene regime and made suggestions for improvement where relevant. He provided me with a score for me to understand my current level of dental hygiene and compared this with the score from my last visit. He then asked me if I had any questions about my dental hygiene and answered them comprehensively. He then mentioned a few observations he had made and suggested that I discussed these with the dentist. Overall, my dental hygiene session was delivered in an impeccable way by Bradley. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, gave me clear instructions and kept me comfortable and safe at all times. I could see that Bradley valued client care and was keen to ensure the work was carried out in an effective manner without any discernible stress experienced by me. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Bradley for all Dental Hygiene work.

I had my teeth whitening treatment at Shrawley House Dental Practice and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The practice is friendly, professional, and extremely well run. Bradley Hull, the Dental Therapist, was brilliant. He explained the whitening process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results are just as great as the service — my teeth are noticeably whiter and still look very natural. I cannot recommend Shrawley house dental practice highly enough. Bradley performs the most gentle effective clean I have ever experienced. Over many years Andy has extracted a tooth, carried out 3 hours of root canal work as well as a range of other dental procedures that have been performed with skill, care and professionalism. The other staff are friendly, polite and cannot do enough to help. Their attention to hygiene and cleanliness doesn’t go unnoticed either, everything is constantly cleaned and sanitised as soon as you get out of the chair.

Without question, the best dental team I have ever been to! I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone at Shrawley House makes the experience. Extra thanks to Bradley my hygienist and Andy my dentist, who together have turned around my situation in such a short period of time. I have been well served by Shrawley House Dental Practice for over 35 years. The staff are just the best...whatever role they are in. I am always well looked after and treated with respect. Andrew is so professional and kind. Bradley is a fabulous hygienist who pays attention to the fine detail but puts the patient first. His sense of humour is brilliant! A fabulous practice which I would highly recommend.
