Malvern Spring Dental Practice

Awful care. Caused my mum more damage than good. The dentist who saw her (dr Rahman) was abrupt and dismissive of her concerns across several appointments, which I witnessed myself, while she was trying to get the issues (that he had caused) resolved. She left the practice in tears and with nothing but more issues to fix. The appalling standard of care in this practice seems to be excused with "lack of time". Embarrassing really. At least the girls at reception were always very kind.

As an NHS patient I am very grateful for the service and professionalism I receive from this practice. The booking system & text/email reminders are useful to remind me when I need to attend. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The dentist and staff are professional and efficient and have helped with a couple of emergency appointments recently which I can not thank them enough. Highly recommend this practice 👌

Awful care by Dr Rahman, although the receptionist and dental nurse were lovely. No understanding of autism whatsoever, very abrupt and would not file or fill a tooth despite me saying I could not eat on that side and I kept catching my tongue on it. He admitted it was chipped but left it.

Im a terribly nervous patient, but brought myself and my daughter along to see Dr Rahman, who was fantastic with both of us. All the staff are extremely friendly upon arrival and really put my nerves at rest throughout my treatment. Highly recommended!

registered my children with this practice approximately a month ago. We were offered an appointment 11th August. Fair enough, everyone is super busy. Then I get a message saying the appointments are cancelled, no explanation given. The next available appointment was at the end of September. I pointed out that my daughter is in desperate need of a filling and that it was unacceptable to cancel an appointment and then not be offered one until 5 weeks later…..suddenly they found an appointment next week?! Next I get a rude, arrogant, obnoxious power hungry receptionist call me and tell me she didn’t like the way I had spoken to her colleague and that they weren’t going to see my children at all. Appalling service, glad we never went if this is how they treat their child customers. Avoid avoid avoid. Family members that are here also feel that they don’t offer the best services and rip you off. Shameful.

My kids come here. They love their appointments and the staff are warm, friendly and great with kids. My youngest (4) said he likes coming because the dentist is always kind to him and they both enjoy going on the chair. Overall the practice has made coming to the dentist an overwhelmingly positive experience for which I am grateful. Thank you.

Been going here over 20 years. Absolutely no complaints. Easily best dentist I ever had. No unnecessary work, never encouraged to have private work. Always see same guy, who is always polite remembers me and takes an interest. Shame he subjects me to considerable discomfort.
