Urszula truly stands out as a dentist. She is so polite, kind, genuinely lovely, and she always makes both my son and I feel completely at ease. My son feels incredibly comfortable and safe around her, which makes such a difference when visiting the dentist. Her calm and caring approach is exceptional, and we always leave feeling well looked after. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Ursula has been amazing for over 20yrs I dreaded going to the dentist! She is so understanding and straight away I felt at ease (obviously I was wary) but to my relief she did exactly what she explain and with no pain! I have now no anxiety going to the dentist knowing how professional she is

My own dentist was closed for refurb, Richmond dental covered NHS patients, was in discomfort and both members of the reception team I spoke to immediately asked "are you in pain" and wanted to help. When booked, was seen in 6 hours, kind, gentle dentistry was administered and problem solved. Really made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Had incredible toothache which led to a Wisdom Tooth removal just a week before Christmas... very nervous and I was in alot of pain. The Dentist (forget her name) was incredible, great advice and extraction was so efficient.

The hygienist Anne Crawford and her crew does great work. Anne is able to clean my sensitive teeth comfortably and my teeth feel so clean when I leave.

I would like to say a Big Thank you to Dr Sangheera who have sorted out my tooth issue.He is very calm and very professional .Even my child who is feared of dental appointments was very happy with the doctor.
