Bupa Dental Care Loughborough

A well appointed High Street location, unfortunately means no parking. Nonetheless there are ample spaces available at the nearby Sainsbury's. The initial online registration process was a little tricky, but the friendly and efficient receptionists were soon able to sort it out. The waiting area, although small is pleasant and I was seen promptly. The dentist was friendly, interested and informative. All in all it was one of the better dental experiences I have had.

Professionally friendly staff in all areas & at all times. Dentist, hygienist & dental assistants always create an atmosphere of calm & reassurance. Procedures have been well explained & I have been pleased with outcomes. My experience over the years with this practice are always positive. I am very grateful for all that they do. Thank you all!

Maryam and Bella are lovely and kind ladies. I felt at ease with them and cared for. I had a deep filling and some minor dentine fillings. Treatment was done professionally and without discomfort. The receptionist lady is also pleasant and approachable. The waiting area is clean and welcoming as is the treatment room. Thank you for your care. Tina D.

I was in Loughborough for work and cracked my tooth. The surgery was able to accommodate me on the same day. The Reception team were excellent and reassuring. The whole process went very smoothly with a new filling completed very quickly and painlessly. Sana is an excellent dentist with a very kind manner putting me completely at ease from the start especially when I was quite anxious🙏🏽⭐️

We saw a wonderful dentist, I am so worried about attending the dentist but she put us all at ease. She was great with the children and explained all the possible options. Would highly recommend

Great service, reception polite and helpful. Dentist Neil Banton very easy going, explained everything to me with the patience and clarity of a saint. I wish I could remember the name of the dental nurse that was assisting him, always very nice, professional and helps you feel comfortable especially if like me you suffer a bit with anxiety around dentist. Great team all around.
