Peacock Dental Spa

I have dreaded going to the dentist for years, wondering how sore my mouth would be afterwards and after handing over a small fortune in the process. I can honestly say, after visiting Peacock dental practice last week, it was the first time I left not feeling like I'd done a sparing session with Mike Tyson. The level of care shown and the expertise with the tools in their hands proved to me that the NHS had been giving me inferior service for years. So glad I've found them. Thank you so much :0)

Very informative and efficient, very professional staff, cannot fault anything on that, however, I'm not sure however about why I was sent a 'comforts list' before my appointment to choose what I would like whilst having my extraction, as nothing was mentioned or offered when I attended. Just up coffee for the person who was waiting for me, which was nice. A follow up phone call received the following day to make sure everything was ok, so that was very nice also All in all a pleasant trip (as it could be) to have 2 teeth taken out under aesthetic. soooo much better than my NHS dentist I had been using.

As someone who suffers from anxiety around the dentist , I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff were friendly and caring. Regarding the service I was provided I’m very pleased with the high standards of care and efficiency. Highly recommended for anyone who struggles with anxiety around the dentist.

I visited for 1st time today having been recommended by a friend. My experience was not like any dentist I have ever had treatment in before. Comfort and care was their priority. All the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I went in with apprehension and came out with confidence an a clear plan for my treatment going forward. I have never liked going to the dentist, but now cannot wait for my treatment to begin. Highly recommend Peacocks

I've had real anxiety about going to a dentist for several years after previously having a bad experience at an NHS dentist. I decided it was time to get back on top of my teeth and ensure they're healthy and thankfully I came across Peacock Dental Spa...and thank goodness I did. I came for my first appointment yesterday followed by a hygiene appointment today and I couldn't be happier. Katy, Mike and the team are all so lovely and made me feel so relaxed despite my worries. They've been reassuring the whole way through and explained things simply so that the regular person can understand. The other thing that's great is unlike some other private services, they're not at all pushy trying to get you to spend more, everything really is just tailored to what you actually need. I'm so glad I came across this place and grateful to Katy and Mike for being to patient with me. Don't be put off by the private dental care prices, the service and level of care you receive is well worth the money.

Prior to my experience with Peacock Dental Spa, dentists were to be avoided until absolutely necessary due to bad experiences elsewhere. Everyone here is friendly, professional, helpful and very understanding with someone as nervous as I initially was, in my opinion the quality of the dental work I have received from them has been exemplary. I have only been a patient for a relatively short period of time but during this I have gained a huge amount of confidence and comfort of dental procedures, primarily due to Mike and Katy who both have a sense of humour when working with you, which I find alleviates any anxiety or tension I have previously experienced. It’s also obvious that they do everything they can to ensure you receive the best care possible. I have never been pressured into having work done that wasn’t necessary and wouldn't think of even going anywhere else now.

Katy was an absolute delight. I came in because a deep filling I'd had done elsewhere was setting off my nerves. It was causing me extreme pain. My NHS dentist couldn't fit me in for over a month, so I found Peacock Dental Spa. Katy was able to relieve the pain in the first visit after my NHS dentist hadn't at their emergency appointment. She removed the original filling and I paid for a root canal. The price is the price and you can make your own judgements on that; but everything else was fantastic. There are little differences here like how You're greeted, what they offer you while you're waiting. But ultimately the Dentist themselves, Katy in my case, was fantastic. I felt very much felt at ease, she communicated everything really well. I definitely felt she went above and beyond to solve my pain and get even the most awkward parts of my root canal solved. It didn't feel rushed. Let me know if you start taking NHS patients 🙂
