Really pleasant and helpful reception staff. The Dental Nurse was similarly engaging and professional. The Dentist was brilliant, talked me through all aspects of my dental care and gave sound advice. What was more important for the first time in several years I felt like a valued Patient and not just sat at the back listening to Dental Speak. Thank you for that.

First appointment today, as an extremely nervous patient who hasn’t been in years. Dentist talked me through everything, was extremely kind and sensitive, made me feel at ease (as best as possible) and helped with a really good plan moving forward. So pleased to have found a great dental practice. Also the place is really well kept, felt clean too.

A true measure of any business is how they treat you in an emergency. SH Dental have been excellent. From first contact with Reception all staff have been friendly, accommodating and reassuring. The dental practice is well presented, very clean with ample seating forwaiting patients. Nurses and the dentist acted professionally, friendly with clear communication at every stage. Having missed six years of going to the dentists it was established on my first visit I need some extensive work! A plan was drawn up, the dentist was lovely, professional and explained the process and came up with an action plan. Very impressed with the company in general, a first class experience.

Great dentist. The reception staff are always very welcoming and lovely. The dentists and assistants are always very understanding and do an excellent job. The whole place has a great atmosphere which is welcoming and has a sense of being well cared for. My son is autistic and refuses to open his mouth and the dentist has always been very patient.
