Both of my children have had braces here. The end results were amazing! Malmins have always provided a fantastic service. The receptionists are lovely and the orthodontists and nurses are always very polite and professional. Thank you very much.

Always a great experience at Malmin. Appointment availability can be a bit tricky sometimes to work around my work commitments and my son's college timetable. Unfortunately we do need to travel quite a distance to get to appointments so it makes getting convenient appointments a bit harder. Lovely staff, from reception through to the clinical staff. Some more information regarding treatment plans in the initial stages would be useful however.

We travel to Lancaster for my son’s dentist appointment. The service is fantastic everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone the service you get is amazing regardless what is it they explain everything step by step and have a plan set out specially with my son who had to have braces but now was perfect straight teeth and they also gave him great after care tips too which was fantastic

Although the treatment process hasn’t finished yet, so far it has been an excellent experience. All the staff at Malmin have been wonderful, caring, and very empathetic throughout. We’ve felt well looked after every step of the way and would highly recommend their service.

Malmin and Jacob have restored my daughter's beautiful smile. As a teen her overbite became quite pronounced and her teeth fought for space in a small mouth! Jacob has worked with her for over two years and after receiving the best care, throughout the whole process, she now has her smile back. All the staff at Malmin are friendly and helpful, from the Orthodontist through the nurses to the reception staff. The staff behind the desk are fabulous with tips on cleaning and equipment to help and we received nothing short of the best treatment through the whole process. The offices and treatment rooms are pristine at all times .Thank you for everything

All the staff here have been very friendly and helpful. The surgery is clean and pleasant. Appointments have pretty much run to time and treatment is going well
