Seen Sohaib recently for clear correct. Sohaib has always been pleasant and polite. Always answered any questions I’ve had. Explained everything clearly. Emma the treatment coordinator has been great from the first consultation to the actual getting the aligners has always made sure appointments fit round my availability

Recently had a lot of dental work all carried out by Dr Sohaib, all work carried out totally pain free. I was put at ease by him and his team in a calm and professional manner. Thank you again for making my visits and treatment to the dentist stressfree and calm.

I had my hygiene appointment with Amira and Joel and they were absolutely fantastic. I’m normally very anxious about going to the dentist, but they were both so kind, patient, and reassuring that I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience feel calm and stress-free. Honestly such a lovely team — I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you both so much!

Welcoming friendly smile from the receptionists on arrival. Very helpful helping me fill in the forms. Easy payment transaction and enjoyed the friendly chat while doing all this. Dentist and nurse also very friendly talking me through my treatment plan and very patient with me while ask lots of questions. Lovely clean modern practice which absolutely deserves the 5* for the 5* treatment I received from start to finish .

Excellent equipment and standards. Very thorough check-up by dentist. I was extremely impressed with all the staff. I've been to many dentists over the years and this surgery is by far the best I've ever visited. Update, I've just had an extraction with Dr Eshan, and it was absolutely painless & over in less than 1.5 mins. I had to ask him if he'd actually taken the tooth out !!! Excellent work 👏

What can I say? Two days ago I lost a cosmetic filling (not done at mydentist) on my bottom lower left while brushing my teeth with my new Christmas gift electric toothbrush. I called myDentist this morning and after ONE ring, Vicky answered the call and booked me in for 1pm to see Shabnam. Duly arrived at 1pm and was seen quickly and efficiently. All the staff were pleasant and courteous. Shabnam carried out the procedure and I left after 20 minutes. I went for a coffee and noticed that part of the filling was rough, which has happened to me before at other dental practices, so I returned to myDentist, waited 20 minutes, saw Shabnam who quickly filed it down and it is now perfect. I have paid a lot more money to other dental practices for a lot poorer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Vicky, Shabnam and the whole myDentist Team at St Nicholas Arcade. To top it off it was my birthday today too! Lol

Great dentist located in the centre of Lancaster. I went for a check-up as I felt discomfort on one of my crowns - not only did they thoroughly check for any signs of disease or decay, the dentist also gave me a comprehensive plan instead of rushing for an expensive and (at present) unnecessary treatment. Great service!
