Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to Laura, who went above and beyond to get my treatment plan started as soon as possible. She has been so amazing and always SO welcoming when she sees me. I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Rachel and Sam, who have both been incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my whole braces journey/treatment plan. Rachel is so welcoming and just the loveliest lady who always remembers our conversations. She has always taken the time to explain everything clearly and talks me through everything she is doing. I have enjoyed my whole experience and I can’t believe how amazing my teeth look. I genuinely could not be happier with my experience. Sam was so lovely during my treatment plan and was always accommodating to my needs as I was pregnant through half of it. Sam asked how my children were and we had lovely chats during my appointments. Thank you to Dr Iain and all of the team, you are all amazing at what you do. And thank you to receptionists who have fitted me in as soon as possible if I have ever needed to rearrange appointments or were asking for advice.

As a current patient, While the team can be lovely and i haven’t had an issue with them, who i believe is the manager is quite rude and somewhat passive aggressive. I was waiting for my appointment and they were running late by 20~ minutes so i politely asked the reception when theyd be ready for me as I had to attend a meeting fairly soon and wasn’t expecting to be behind schedule. She stared at me for a good minute and went "itheyll be with you shortly" in an agitated manner. Please be more friendly with your patients and i recognise she may not have meant to give such an impression but tone is crucial in any sort of job involved with customer satisfaction.

My daughter has undergone orthodontic treatment at Splash and her braces were removed this week. I am astonished and delighted at the results. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kind, cheerful and very helpful entire team, but a special thank you to the amazing Dr Sarah Grieve and Gabi.

Just been in today to have my daughter’s braces fit. Sam and Emma were so patient with her as she was very anxious. They took the time to explain every part of the process and put her at ease. A very positive experience.
