I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dental clinic. The practice is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Asani was professional, caring, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. I’m so grateful for the help I received in such a short space of time and delighted with the results. A special thank you to Flynn, who was exceptionally helpful, informative, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Harriet was also wonderful—so friendly and welcoming. The entire team is professional, understanding, and genuinely cares about their patients. As always, the care and professionalism from all the team is exceptional. Dr Asani is the most trusting and gental dentist I have ever had - I even drive back two and a half hours for my appointments having moved away years ago. I love this place. I feel like a little prince whenever I'm treated here. My dentist Beth is so friendly and great at her job! Receptionist team is lovely too. As a little pleasant extra, the garden is really cute. There’s always an interesting selection of birds. I believe I saw a brightly coloured Jay once.

Me and my husband both had composite bonding done with Dr Asani and I highly recommend this dentist to anyone. He created us both our dream smiles and improved the health of our teeth not just the look as we needed fillings and hygienist appointments too. Our teeth have never been in such good health and we are so confident with our smiles. 5 star service all round.

I left my own (long standing) dentist to come here for an emergency appointment but will now stay with this practice. I am hugely impressed with the practice and the standard of service. I appreciated seeing the practice principal who is a very experienced dentist from one of the UK's top dental schools. It may be a wee bit more expensive than other places but the equipment is state of the art and the treatment options discussed were using the best quality materials available. I am happy to pay for a dentist with 20 years of experience. You get what you pay for. I was also pleased that various options were given, fees discussed fully and clearly upfront so no nasty surprises. Really good experience,. My emergency treatment was absolutely flawless - Dr Asani took his time to make even a temporary repair as perfect as it could be. Now that is class! It says a lot about a dentist when they care about making your temporary repairs perfect, even although it will be drilled away again in a few weeks! 5 star experience.

Very disappointed. Following a procedure to deal with a toothache I have continued to be in pain. The dentist mentioned that I should be able to eat on the side of my mouth which had been treated and at no point warned me that the pain might continue straight after the procedure. Having spoken to the practice it is clear that they have no intention of accepting responsibility and simply repeat that there are no guarantees, there was always a risk that more invasive treatment would be needed etc. Oh, and offered me the sum of £4 as compensation…I find it difficult to accept that not clearly informing a patient that there is a very real risk that a procedure would make zero difference is anything short of poor practice. I had high hopes from reviews and initial interactions with all staff that I would be receiving a very high standard of treatment. Sadly this has not been the case.
