First appointment today, the receptionist made me feel very welcome and at ease. Clean and fresh feel to the building. Friendly, helpful staff. Dentist very helpful too.

I took my Nan here to get new dentures and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were absolutely lovely — welcoming, patient, and so kind to her. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made her feel comfortable and at ease, and treated her with care and respect. The end result has made such a positive difference to her confidence. We’re so grateful to the team and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thanks again🙂

Great team throughout, from reception, hygienist the dentist and the dental nurses. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place itself is well located, well equipped, clean and tidy. I am a NHS patient and I see no difference in the way I and other members of my family are welcomed or cared for to those who are private clients. In the past when I’ve had an issue needing urgent care they have quickly accommodated me.

Have been a regular patient here for years and all of the staff have always been helpful and polite - the dentist is fantastic and happily answers any questions I have, and checks anything I might be concerned about. The flexibility of before and after work hours appointments has always been a huge help to me. I was extremely pleased today when I was able to get a same-day appointment for something urgent, which was quickly checked and resolved. Thank you so much!

Worse denture I've ever had and been having them over 30 years. Really thought they would be best as mum goes and friend. But im really upset and want to go elsewhere to re-do them again even though im unemployed through ill health. I even wanted implants. Orchard in kesgrave was good before they were full but hope I can get back there.

This has been my dentist for quite a few years now and it has always been very good. However I had a new, temporary dentist this morning covering for some leave of absence. She was absolutely superb. Her patient communication, care and then treatment made a potentially worrying remedy very doable. Her name was Sanaa Zaidi. 👏👏
