Brook Lane Dental Surgery

I have been a patient fot many years and have had no issues until today. I had an appointment rearranged and presumed I would be seeing the dentist I have seen for years! She was working today but I was called into a another dentist's surgery for my exam. I believe I should have been informed in advance of this appointment. That is very poor practice!!!

After a not so pleasant experience with my previous dentist, Brook Lane are a breath of fresh air! Quick and efficient. They get the job done with a minimum of fuss. My confidence is restored, would highly recommend.

I had to book an emergency appointment as my crown had fallen off. They saw me the same day and were lovely. I am a very nervous patient and they made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend

My husband and I attended the surgery together. We were met by a polite, well presented receptionist. After only a few minutes wait we were escorted through to the Surgery. The Dentist was polite and friendly but very professional. The surgery was spotless. The outcome was good, following thougher examinations.

Kiran was lovely. Im such a nervous patient and hate dentist. Needed a tooth removed and told me every step and listen to my fears and helped the best he can to reassure me.

After suffering a dreadful gum infection, I can't recommend the practice enough. From the lovely receptionist right through to Dr Kiran. I was in dreadful pain. Recently swapped dentists due to travel distance. Had appointment with hygienist, can really recommend. Very thorough & used numbing gel prior to treatment which was great for my sensitive teeth
