Mrs P Durant - Crescent Dental Care

Due to a previous bad experience many years ago I am a very nervous patient. Often cancel or rearrange appointments but I needed to have treatment and couldn't put it off anymore. Upon arriving the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The dental practice like usual was clean and tidy... Dentist Chandru and his lovely assistant was brilliant. His calm and polite attitude helped put me at ease. I felt no pain at all. Although I still could not control my shaking. The dental nurse there was also great allowing me to squeeze her hand during the extraction. This was the best dental experience I have had in a long time.

Really great dentist and staff. Yes it's frustrating having minimal emergency appointments but that's due to a nationwide shortage of dentists. Let's hope the new government prioritising the training of new dentists and restoring NHS treatment which seems so hard to obtain.

Disgusting practice only interested in private patients, Zero Empathy for phobic patients, went and begged for a tooth out Friday after visiting A&E and calling 111, they did nothing, I was literally in tears, 20mins later they tried fobbing me off with unnecessary medication, by this time I was out of my mind with pain, and although I was wrong by using bad language and refusing to pay, they kicked me out of the practice and struck me off. They have no empathy whatsoever, I'm taking my disgusting treatment to higher places as thus place needs to wake up and treat people right

What a wonderful practice , from the ever cheerful greeting from the receptionists to the quality and perfection of the treatment, Yes dental work is very expensive but with a smile you convey who you are and how much you care for yourself . I am so happy to be looked after by Pat Durrant and her nurses she is an artist and her work is worth every penny .....I would so recommend the Crescent to anyone who values their appearance

This practice have been uncommunicative and unhelpful during the whole Covid 19 virus pandemic. Their website has not been updated since 2016 and contains no information about services during the Covid crisis. I am sure they could do much better! That said they are a top dental services provider. Shame their communications let them down so badly.

Never had a bad experience here, even though I've never seen the same dentist twice. They have all been nice and understanding and given good treatment and care.

I havent slept all week because of my teeth and gums in horrendous pain been ringing at 8 am 12/072024 and got denied then got told to call back at 8 am few days later and guess what denied again i told them i cannot wait till monday its ridiclous priorities is where the money is private but NHS like myself gets turned away ive also called 111 but still dont care
