A great community dentist, with the new owners doing a fabulous job. I've had hygienist appointments where they were thorough but gentle and a filling that wasn't too expensive and was done without the need for numbing. Reception staff are always amazing, giving reminder calls 24hrs before. They know who you are and make you feel at home. Really couldn't recommend this place more.

I recently had my teeth whitened by Namrata and had a fantastic experience. She was professional, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. The Enlighten system was very easy to use. Namrata, Tina and Sarah are lovely, friendly and always provide a great service. I’m very happy with the results, I feel like I have a brand new smile! I’d highly recommend Fair Oak Dental Care Centre and Enlighten to anyone who’s thinking of having teeth whitening treatment.

Amazing experience with Namrata this morning for my composite veneers! Tina put me at ease as soon as I arrived and Tahina was wonderful in assisting Namrata, for the 3.5 hours i was in the chair I felt reassured and cared for and my anxiety soon disappeared - I don’t know why I left it so long! Would highly recommend to any one for comsmetic work! ❤️❤️❤️

So glad I stayed with this practice after the original dentist I was seeing retired. Heril and Namrata are friendly, professional, efficient and communicate any treatment requirements perfectly. I’ve never had a crown before, then got 2 at once!, during the whole process I was taken care of professionally and felt at ease, they look fantastic and almost forget I have them! I’ve also started using high fluoride toothpaste which was recommended to me, helping with sensitive and tea stained teeth- works very well. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend this practice

I've just had an implant fitted at Fair Oak Dental Care Centre. As a very nervous patient, due to a previous traumatic experience many years ago, I was extremely apprehensive about the whole process. However, Heril put me completely at ease, listened to my fears and made sure I was comfortable at every step of the process. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

A couple of months ago I was in pain with a dental abscess. I rang through to the practice and was offered an emergency appointment very quickly which helped immensely. I then had an excellent experience, sounds weird I know, with root canal treatment culminating in a crown, fitted today. Throughout my journey, everything was explained, I was given choices and the charges associated were clearly discussed too by the whole Fair Oak Dental team. Great service!

I had a filling along with a scale and polish, and I’m a very nervous patient with a real fear of fillings. From start to finish, everyone in the team was incredibly kind and understanding, which made such a difference. My dentist, Namrata, was especially reassuring — she was gentle, explained things clearly, and went completely at my pace. I felt listened to and supported throughout. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this practice, especially if you are a nervous patient.
