New to the area and they took me on and gave me an appointment as soon as I signed up. They saw me a few weeks earlier too as A&e fobbed me off when I was systemically unwell saying "you have a dental abscess we can’t do anything see your dentist" thankfully it was only periodontitis in the end. Lucky Purvi and her team saw me on the same day and took care of me. Thank you so much I really appreciate the care🙏.
The member of staff I spoke with on the reception was lovely, and the dentist Patel is brilliant. I spoke to one of the team recently and they where terrible, rude and ignorant. Absolutely unprofessional and childish! I have reported this. As you asked for further clarification. I had phoned NHS 111 for 3 days trying to get an emergency appointment. they told me I could not be seen as I was registered at Kingsway dental practice. (And under a duty of care law) they are required to see you. Your reception team member confirmed I was a patient then another team member took the phone. She also confirmed I was registered but was very rude asking me why I had been to another practice. She refused to treat me and told me she would start the process to unregister me. I was in agony for days. And because of your clinic refusing to see a registered patient I could not receive any treatment at all. NHS could only advise I see the dentist I was REGISTERED with. P.S I don't appreciate you sharing details of my medical history in a Google review!
The dentist is ok sometimes very good with kids and polite and the receptionist is a lovely woman. They could be rude sometimes and some of the replies on the reviews makes them look worse. They are mostly in a rush to get work done but apart from that their fine.
After entering the dentist, it seemed very clean and very professional. The dental nurses all seemed very friendly, the dentist herself seemed in a rush and was prepared to do whatever to get me out quickly! I needed to get a tooth out, after suffering severe pain and a crack, she was happy to remove this. She didn't allow the anaesthetic enough time to take effect, and started yanking, I felt excursating pain and begged her to stop, she did not and kept saying "relax I'm a dentist". She yanked the tooth out and pulled it out so hard that she broke my nose. I've been bleeding profusely for the last 9 days, and nothing seems to do any favours. I'm taking this woman to court for malpractice, believe the crying dental nurse will be a witness to prove exactly what happened.
This dentist is very rude and never seems to want to treat what's needed. She has had to refit my crown 3 times and it's now loose again and refused to do impressions for teeth that she knows need replacing. Avoid especially if you are a paying patient!
I was afraid of going to the dentist as I have a fear but when I went to the dental practice at the kingsway dental practice the dentist makes you feel comfortable and easy also the dental nurse goes out her way to help you and make sure you are okay before going into the dentist as I am a very nervous person I would recommend any one to go to the kingsway dental practice
Why do people post horrible things about this dentist she is totally polite and does a professional job I live near Invergorden and travel all across town to visit her keep up the good work girls
