Waterside Dental Care

Okay… my sister’s literally a dentist and I’d still pick Dr. Pamela Russell over her, even if my sister was free. That’s how good she is. Dr. Pamela put me on a plan, and the way she’s just so bright, positive, and understanding?? Unreal. The office itself is gorgeous, huge windows looking out at the water like it already calmed me down before we even started. I’ve had X-rays before where other dentists made me feel super uncomfortable and even hurt under my tongue, but with Dr. Pamela it was completely painless. She’s got this perfect smile (kinda jealous of her teeth tbh), and for the first time ever, I left a dentist’s office smiling all the way home. I’m actually proud to call Dr. Pamela Russell my dentist. ETA: I was informed that Dr. Pamela would be on leave for a couple of months, so I transferred to another dental practice. After just one visit, I decided to leave the new practice and immediately called to cancel any future appointments. No matter how much discomfort I may have to endure while waiting for treatment, it’s worth it for a dentist as skilled, professional, and trustworthy as Dr. Pamela. If you’re a patient at Waterside Dental Care, you’ve genuinely found one of the best dental practices around. Dr. Pamela sets an incredibly high standard of care, and it’s not something you fully appreciate until you experience the difference elsewhere.

After having a bad dental experience with other practices creating a slight dental anxiety, i registered with the surgery and the staff and my new dentist Ben is nothing short of reassuring, helpful, and works with you towards putting a plan in place for your dental work that has to be done, I just had a root canal that was needing re-done and was talked through every process as it was being done etc, would recommend the practice to any new patient or anyone with previous bad experience. 👍🏻

Been with this tractor years and all had great dentists as they take on new dentists who have just qualified.

I don't recommend this practice . I lost my molar teeth due to their ignorant and lack of knowledge they also so rude and refused my treatment . KEEP YOUR TEETH SAFE .. their previous treatment made in such a way i had gone through emergency and extracted my teeth ...

I don't usually review a dentist after a visit but on this occasion I felt that I had to share my experience. As someone who is terrified of the dentist and gets extremely anxious about even the thought of a visit, this was not a day I was looking forward to. Unfortunately today I had to get an extraction, which was painless and was made to feel at perfect ease by kris and his staff. I cannot recommend this dental practise enough.

I have to say in all honesty this dental practice is the best ever. I have always had a fear of dental treatment stemming from childhood experiences. After retirement of my long standing dentist I chose Waterside as did my husband. Over the years we have both had the highest dental care you could possibly ask for. My own experience I will now reflect on . Every dentist in Waterside who has treated me over the years has demonstrated the highest quality of care. Recently I have had the enormous and grateful pleasure of having Scott Webster. His patience and professionalism is of the highest standard . He has displayed amazing understanding, patience in clarifying my dental issues in relation to my underlying medical condition giving me an informed choice for dental treatment. I have to acknowledge the dental nurses who are so caring so professional and helpful so a huge thank you to all but to Scott I cannot express my sincere gratitude for your gentle approach to a 75 year old lady with a high anxiety level . I know Scott will continue to monitor me and act accordingly for further treatment if necessary. Renewed thanks to you all . Ann C
