Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication for Dr Hannah. I specifically asked for an email confirmation of my appointment and was told it would be sent three days prior—nothing was ever received. As a result, I arrived on the wrong day, wasting both time and childcare costs. I was told an exception would be made to reschedule, yet again no follow-up communication came through. After chasing them, I was offered a new date that didn’t work due to childcare, and then told I would need to pay an additional £150 to see the doctor again. Very frustrating experience, with little flexibility or consideration for parents. Not the level of service I expected especially when paying premium rates.

Recently had a hygiene appointment at KW dental with the hygienist. I noticed an immediate difference with my teeth - a very thorough treatment and well worth the money.

Just recently joined KW dental as a new patient and I’m honestly so happy with the service, all the reception staff were lovely and I got seen by Dr Rebecca and I highly recommend she was brilliant, made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into surgery and her dental nurse was so helpful too. Got a full check up, X-rays and a filing and a scale done in the space of two days two appointments, brilliant! Highly recommend this dental practice 10/10 service

Took my wee one in for an emergency extraction today, she came home complaining of tooth pain , I called, they offered an appointment at very short notice and helped her right a way. Excellent all round Dentist and Clinic.
