I took my 13 yo son for consultation on referral from his regular dentist for orthodontic treatment. I found the assistant very courteous and helpful but the doctor quite the opposite. Mr Patel began by interrogating me why we were there in the first place! He then asked where 'I' was born and how many years I'd lived here! He seemed quite abrupt and suspicious. He didn't seem interested at all to look at my son's teeth instead out to accuse me of something that wasn't there. A very upsetting experience for me. A very strange man this Mr Patel.😕😲
Short staffed, Dr very rough round the edges way to communicate and makes you feel very unwelcome, sat in reception with my daughter and some kids while on radio live people talking about suicide, avoid.
Every time we come here they are short of staff and priorities people according to their feel. Wait 20-30-40 minutes. Which is total nonsense. What if patient comes 20-30-40 minutes late will they still see the patient…. No, which we all know that.
