Remarkable Smiles - Derby

I have been a patient at Remarkable Smiles for many years now, would I ever look at changing to another dentist?... Absolutely no way! These guys are amazing! Never experienced a problem, they take their time, they are very honest and helpful, The first port of call is the Reception Team and oh boy are they good! Appointments are always very well suited with my working hours and Kerrie is an absolute gem! The whole team, right from the Dentist, Assistant, and Hygienist... they're all fab!

Some of the dentists are really nice. It’s smelling better in there now it always turned my stomach when it smelled of the dentists smell but now it doesn’t turn my stomach as much. I hate dentists get really nervous even for just a check up. I would recommend this one to be better then the others they do care about your well being and take in how your feeling and stop if you need to swallow or have a breather.

I recently underwent a dental implant with Dr Miten Mistry. It was a positive experience and I am very happy with the result. Dr Miten was extremely professional and very kind and gentle during the appointments. He explained everything fully, answered any questions with ease, and took time to ensure I was happy with each step. I am grateful to the team of Dental nurses who cared for me and made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout, particularly Abby, Nicola and Grace. I found the administration team to be excellent in term of scheduling and all my appointments were at a convenient time. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The new Dentist Sahana was excellent, kind and thorough, felt safe in her hands and will trust her in the future. However the person who performed the hygiene was very different. I felt it was a rush job that not to rough and my teeth did not feel cleaned and polished afterwards unlike previous similar procedures in a variety of different places. At one point I was being readied to leave the chair and I had to remind him that the teeth needed polishing! I would not wish him to perform a clean and polished afterwards unlike on me again.

I really can't emphasise enough how good this practice is. Very professional and knowledgeable. And put that together with the kindness and patience they show and they would be hard to beat. If your nervous or apprehensive then this is the place for you. A big shout out to Dr Ali. He really is the best

Great dental practice. They're good at keeping you calm if you're nervous about going to the dentist. Really good at explaining things about teeth to my son and taking it at his pace

I had an emergency appointment booked today at the central practice just off Friar Gate. I was so nervous, my CPTSD was causing havoc with my head. I needn't have worried though! I had the pleasure of Dr. Miten taking care of me. He was so kind, gentle and informative, took the time to listen to the problem I was experiencing and quickly found the issue. He explained what he was doing, was efficient and repaired the tooth within moments! So professional and such a refreshing experience. The reception staff were both great too! Quickly helping me to update some sensitive personal information and ensuring i was happy with everything. Thank you so much!!! Returned today for a check up and received the same fabulous service from Dr Miten! Thank you again!
